Hi, my name is Tommaso Parise, I was born in Italy and I’m happy you found me!
I graduated in Philosophy and I was lucky enough to travel extensively, both for business and pleasure.
Since we don’t know each other, I'll make a brief summary of the so-called "spiritual path" that unexpectedly I have been given.
One evening in 2009, after years of inner suffering up to the point where I wanted to take my own life, everything has changed in the blink of an eye: out of the blue a boundless ecstasy overwhelmed me, granting me the Grace to realize that everything is Love and Consciousness, that this Consciousness is God himself, and that we are all this divine love and consciousness!
After that explosion of pure love and divine ecstasy, which I later discovered was caused by the spontaneous ascent of Kuṇḍalinī, my body didn’t have the strenght to stand up anymore. I ran to lie down on the bed, and for about one hour it was as if pure electricity flowed through my body, making it tremble relentlessly, my heart racing.
Suddenly there was the clear feeling that I was going to die, but surprisingly I was perfectly at my ease, there was no trace of fear after what had just happened. I said to myself that if that was my moment, I’d accept it, but I’d have loved to be able to thank for the Grace I was given. At that point, the electric shocks began to run out gradually, and after almost 10 years I was shown what to do concretely to do just that.
It was through this experience that I started feeling the need to meditate, even though I didn’t know what it was at that moment!
Less than a month later I met my first teacher and I was initiated to the same meditation technique I now teach, which helped me stabilize and integrate what had happened to me.
Over the following 10 years I traveled a lot to India, Eastern Europe and South America, meeting different masters, learning and mastering various techniques that I now have to make available to as many people as possible.
In 2017 I received the clear instruction to “help people evolve”, but I was aware that before that I still had to evolve myself, I felt there was a piece of the puzzle that was missing.
A few weeks later, thanks also to Amma's darshan, I was granted yet another wonderful blessing that changed my life.
The journey continues and the following year, thanks to divine Grace, the ecstatic component that characterizes our true nature and that allows us to feel divine love concretely every single day, also opened up.
Today I'm here and I keep on walking.
